To use certain features of Kevilora, you must create an account. You agree to:

4. Community Guidelines and Prohibited Conduct

Zero Tolerance Policy: We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for violations of our community guidelines. Violations may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

You agree NOT to:

Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

5. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove any content at our sole discretion. We may remove content that violates these Terms of Service or our community guidelines without prior notice. We are not responsible for user-generated content and do not endorse any opinions expressed by users.

The Kevilora app, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our app without our express written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Upon termination:

Your right to use the app will immediately cease
Your account and content may be deleted
You will no longer have access to any content or data associated with your account

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Kevilora is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

The app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
The results obtained from using the app will be accurate or reliable
Any errors in the app will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the app
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the app
Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
Any user content or conduct of any third party

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kevilora and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the app, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of another party.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
